In case of cancellation within more than 48 h before the visit, 100% of the service will be refunded, but tickets will be charged.

Private tours are defined by exclusivity and a tailor made way for you, your family and friends. Usually there’s a maximum of 6 persons but if your family is larger, please just let us know.

Mainly all our guided visits are held with normality all year long, regardless of the weather. The only exceptions are the open air activities.
